Yellow Lightspeed Ranger/Kelsey Winslow-Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue

So its been awhile since I uploaded any new Power Rangers cubees. So I thought I would fix that lol. I know I still need to finish S.P.D., but I saw how close I was to finishing the Lightspeed Rescue Team. And they are easier than Squad A, and the other S.P.D. Rangers I haven't made yet... so I went with the easier choice lol.
